I thought it was called “Sunny Southern California” since the weather was always…..well, sunny. THEN WHY AM I OUT HERE WEARING UGGS?!
Honestly, I can’t complain, I’m grateful to have a job and be able to wear this cute outfit considering everything going on with the public schools around me.
God’s hand is surely in everything.
Before moving to California, I’ve always worked at a public school, but here I decided to work at a charter due to various opinions I heard and wanting to try something new. Furthermore, I turned down many interviews because I realized they were too far from where I was staying. However, the school I am working at reassured me that the distance to their location wasn’t too far. I gave it once more.
Now, I don’t know all of why He has me at this school, but I’m grateful that His timing and plan afforded me the ability to not become another person struggling in California. And no matter where I teach, I stand with all teachers in getting what they need, so that they can give the students the best of what they need. #teacher #teahersofinstagram #lausd
